To ensure the highest quality and offer factory-direct prices, our jewelry first ships from our workshop to our US team for a thorough quality inspection. This process takes about one week.
You will receive a tracking number once it ships from our US location.
Once your item passes inspection, we ship it to you via USPS Priority Mail.

2. What is your return and refund policy?
Yes, we issue refunds. You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped.
For returns, please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. If there are any quality issues, you must contact us within 24 hours to be eligible for a return. Once we receive and inspect the piece (which can take up to 14 business days), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No. All items that are personally customized or specially designed for you cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the process has begun.
